APPLE BANK RESIDENCE

This bachelor pad in the historic landmarked Apple Bank building had great bones, but didn’t feel quite like home to the owner. With millwork, architectural detailing, a new kitchen and baths, and a mostly neutral palette, the space was transformed to feel handsome and luxurious. The bank’s historic architectural details influenced design throughout, including the kitchen’s mosaic floor and the trompe l’oeil entry door.
